We are looking for a dedicated Secretary / Accountant to join our team. This role combines administrative duties with accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Manage office schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, correspondence).
Assist with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
Maintain financial records and documentation.
Process invoices and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Prepare basic financial reports, spreadsheets, and budgets.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
An accounting or business-related qualification is a plus.
