• Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

• Prepare and organize meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.

• Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation.

• Arrange business travel, accommodation, and logistics when required.

• Track action items and follow up on pending tasks assigned by the MD.

• Prepare letters, memos, presentations, and official documents.

• Receive visitors and provide administrative support during meetings.

• Ensure efficient office administration and document management.
