Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a strong Airline Airport Operations background
? We are looking for a highly skilled Agile professional who has worked closely with airport operations teams and can effectively drive delivery across business and technology stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery and transformation programs
- Mandatory Airline Domain Experience, specifically in:
- Airport Operations
- Ground Operations
- Flight Operations
- Crew Management
- Cargo Operations
- Airline Digital Platforms
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Hands-on experience facilitating:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Scrum
- PI Planning
- Agile Release Planning
- Strong knowledge of Agile metrics and reporting
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure Dev Ops
Key Requirement (Mandatory)
We are specifically seeking Scrum Masters who have worked in Airline Airport Operations environments. Profiles without Airline/Airport Operations experience will not be considered.
