Job Title: Coordinator – End of Service Benefits & Final Settlements

Job Summary:

Dubai Islamic Bank is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of end-of-service benefits and final settlements for a large volume of employees. This role requires a strong understanding of UAE labor law, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have proven experience handling 100-200 final settlement cases monthly.

Responsibilities:

* Final Settlement Processing:

* Calculate and process end-of-service benefits, including gratuity, leave encashment, and other entitlements, in accordance with UAE labor law and company policies.

* Ensure accurate and timely processing of final settlements for a high volume of employees (100-200 cases monthly).

* Prepare and verify all necessary documentation for final settlements, including salary calculations, leave records, and termination letters.

* Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless settlement processing.

* End-of-Service Benefit Administration:

* Respond to employee inquiries regarding end-of-service benefits and final settlements.

* Maintain accurate records of all settlement transactions and employee data.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

* Generate reports on settlement activity.

* Documentation and Record Keeping:

* Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

* Prepare and process all necessary documentation related to employee terminations and settlements.

* Archive and retrieve employee records as needed.

* Compliance and Reporting:

* Stay updated on changes in UAE labor law and company policies related to end-of-service benefits.

* Prepare regular reports on settlement activities and identify areas for process improvement.

* Assist with internal and external audits.

* Customer Service:

* Provide excellent customer service to exiting employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

* Maintain professional communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on end-of-service benefits and final settlements.

* Proven experience handling a high volume of final settlement cases (100-200 monthly).

* Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and regulations.

* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Experience working within a large organization, preferably in the banking or financial sector.

* Experience with HRIS systems.
