Nord Anglia Education is recruiting an HR Manager to join Compass International School Doha, Qatar, starting January 2027 (earlier start possible). You will lead recruitment, employee relations and HR operations, partnering with the Principal to shape workforce priorities.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 5–7 years’ HR experience, strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, and proficiency with HR systems such as Success Factors; a CIPD qualification is desirable.
