Utsav Morjaria Photography is seeking a detail-oriented and organized School Fee Accountant to join our administrative finance team in Al Wakrah. This role is responsible for managing school fee billing, collections, and student account reconciliation with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive financial interactions with care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student fee accounts, including billing, payments, and outstanding balances
- Issue invoices, receipts, and statements in a timely and accurate manner
- Track tuition collections and follow up on overdue payments professionally
- Reconcile student accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and fee databases
- Respond to parent and student inquiries regarding fee structures and payments
- Support budgeting and reporting for school fee revenue
- Coordinate with administrative and academic teams to ensure smooth fee operations
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and financial procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in school or educational fee management
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and billing processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
