Scheduler – PMV Maintenance Jobs in Khobar, Saudi Arabia at ASMACSKSA Contracting Est
Asset Deployment System (ADS) Team Member Responsibilities:
Preparation of corrective, preventive, and breakdown maintenance Job orders manually in Excel for the eastern region.
Daily asset breakdown report updates in the eastern region.
Asset history file data updates and filing completed work orders.
Performed PMS data update in Excel file.
Preparation of spare parts and food reimbursement summary to submit to accounts.
Preparation of assets weekly report.
Asset Master updates in ADS.
Receive internal & rental asset requests and prepare contracts through the ADS system for all projects and departments.
Allocate internal & rental assets through contracts and deploy them to the project/department site as per the ADS system.
Amend internal & rental assets contracts and shift assets as per project/department utilization.
Validate and verify internal & rental assets timesheets after they are uploaded by the project teams.
Upload rental assets timesheets in ERP.
Bill internal & rental assets based on the utilization timesheet in ADS for all projects & departments.
Material Request (MR) for eastern and western regions for maintenance through the fusion material menu.
Summarize and upload overtime (OT) in the fusion time & attendance menu after approval.
Upload western region maintenance team overtime in fusion.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Expert in Excel with good communication skills.
Experience in similar organizations like ACT, FARIS, Expertise, etc., is preferred.
Good knowledge in ERP/SAP Modules.
Knowledge in scheduling related to fleet management.
