Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate global, economic, technology, and social trends to generate business insights.
• Apply functional and industry knowledge to define and answer strategic business questions.
• Develop recommendations for growth opportunities and high-performance operating models.
• Design solutions for business, technology, workforce, and operational challenges.
• Help define strategic programs across business functions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to support project delivery and transformation outcomes.
• Contribute to decision-making and problem-solving for both immediate and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
Required:

• Master proficiency in Business Transformation.
• Master proficiency in Business Model Strategy.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Master proficiency in Business Case Development.
• Advanced proficiency in Change Management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Data Analysis.
