Job Title: Real Estate Agent

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and expand your client base, driving sales and meeting targets.
Build lasting relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed on trends and competitor activities.
Assist clients with property listings, organize viewings, and negotiate deals.
Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and pricing.
Maintain accurate records and report regularly on sales performance.
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities to grow your client base.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Additional languages: Hindi, Arabic, and French would be a plus.
Compensation:
Salary: (Based on experience).
Commission: Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Visa: To be discussed during the interview (Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate).

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:
إدارة قاعدة عملائك وتوسيعها، وزيادة المبيعات وتحقيق الأهداف.
بناء علاقات متينة مع العملاء لضمان استمرار التعامل معهم وتوصياتهم.
إجراء أبحاث سوقية معمقة للبقاء على اطلاع دائم على اتجاهات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين.
مساعدة العملاء في عرض العقارات، وتنظيم زيارات المعاينة، والتفاوض على الصفقات.
تقديم استشارات متخصصة حول ظروف السوق، وقيم العقارات، والأسعار.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة وتقديم تقارير منتظمة عن أداء المبيعات.
توليد عملاء محتملين وتحديد فرص عمل جديدة لتنمية قاعدة عملائك.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال العقارات أو المبيعات.
مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض وبناء العلاقات.
شخصية قيادية وطموحة، مع القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.
إجادة اللغات الإضافية: الهندية والعربية والفرنسية، تُعدّ ميزة إضافية.
الراتب:
الراتب: (حسب الخبرة).
العمولة: هيكل عمولة مجزٍ يعتمد على أداء المبيعات.
جدول العمل: من الاثنين إلى السبت، من الساعة 10:00 صباحًا حتى 6:00 مساءً.
التأشيرة: سيتم مناقشتها أثناء المقابلة (تتوفر رعاية تأشيرة للمرشح المناسب).
