Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Foreman to supervise and manage all scaffolding activities at the site. The role involves overseeing scaffold erection/dismantling, ensuring safety compliance, and guiding scaffolders to complete tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise scaffolding teams during erection, modification, and dismantling
- Ensure all scaffolds meet safety standards and inspection requirements
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily progress
- Coordinate with site engineers and safety officers
- Maintain records of scaffolding materials and work complete
- Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of scaffolding experience
- Foreman-level supervision experience
- Valid scaffolding certification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations
