Scaffolding & Access SME – Aramco Certified
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Project-Based / Contract
We are hiring an experienced Scaffolding & Access Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in scaffolding inspection, erection, access systems, fall protection, and Saudi Aramco HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct inspections of scaffolding and temporary access systems.
– Ensure safe scaffold erection, modification, use, and inspection.
– Inspect and assess ladders, platforms, MEWPs, and access systems.
– Verify compliance with applicable HSE and project requirements.
– Identify hazards and deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
– Provide technical guidance on scaffolding, access, and fall-protection requirements.
Education & Certifications
– Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
– Certified Scaffolding Inspector certification is required.
– Relevant Work at Height / Fall Protection certification preferred.
– Aramco certification/approval is required.
Experience & Skills
– Proven experience in scaffolding inspection, erection, modification, and access systems.
– Strong knowledge of fall protection, ladders, platforms, MEWPs, and scaffold safety.
– Previous experience on Saudi Aramco projects is highly preferred.
– Strong inspection, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
