Job Description / Responsibility
JOB PURPOSE
To execute the scaffolding operations in a safe manner and in accordance with the directive of the scaffolding foreman / supervisor in compliance to industry and ARAMCO Standards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Daily Operations
- Perform the scaffolding operations with other team members by checking the scaffolding tools and equipment before and after using, and by fixing the scaffolding in a safe manner and as instructed by the Scaffolding Foreman / Supervisor, in order to meet the job requirement.
- Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Follow all relevant section’s or department’s policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements or reports to meet section or department’s requirements, policies, and quality standards.
- Health & Safety
- Maintain an awareness of all health and safety rules applying to the assigned tasks and tools to ensure that safe working practices are observed.
- Use of Tools & Equipment
- Maintain competence in the use of all tools or equipment required for the assigned works.

- Adequate knowledge on this job is critical to ensure safety and proper scaffolding activities.
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Internal: Get directive from Scaffolding Supervisor and Scaffolding Inspector
- External: Not applicable
FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY
- Work under the supervision of Scaffolding Supervisor / Foreman
Educational Requirements
- Diploma
- Technical School/Vocational in Scaffolding or any related fields.
- Skills Required: Shipyard, Scaffolding, Dockyard, Ship building in a shipyard
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Travel Agent, Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Fast Food Shop

Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in Scaffolding
