A restaurant in Deira (Dubai), located in a 4-star hotel, requires a Part time Purchase / Procurement Manager.
Requirements (Must Have):
*Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Purchase Officer / Procurement Manager / Buyer in the UAE.
*Knowledge (available base) of suppliers of raw materials, food and beverages, packaging equipment, kitchen utensils, consumables, tableware, etc.
*Experience of negotiating and agree with suppliers, monitoring the quality of service and product provided.
*Experience of preparing reports and statistics on spending and saving
*Driving license availability.
