Key Responsibilities
- Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding systems according to approved designs and safety standards.
- Inspect scaffolding components before use to ensure they are free from defects.
- Install guardrails, toe boards, ladders, and other safety features.
- Ensure scaffolding is stable, secure, and capable of supporting required loads.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any damage or unsafe conditions.
- Read and interpret scaffold plans, drawings, and work instructions.
- Work safely at heights while using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain housekeeping by keeping the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all site safety rules, permit requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to meet project schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid scaffolding certification
- Previous experience in construction or industrial scaffolding is preferred.
- Knowledge of scaffold materials, tools, and erection techniques.
Pay: AED1,400.00 – AED1,700.00 per month
