Scaffold engineer Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Hashim Contracting & Gen Maintenance
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare scaffolding layouts, drawings, and calculations based on project requirements.
- Review scaffolding plans and ensure compliance with local regulations, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Supervise the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding and issue inspection reports and scaffold tags.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
- Ensure scaffolding materials are suitable, inspected, and maintained in good condition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in scaffolding engineering within the construction industry.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems (Tube & Fitting, Cuplock, Ringlock, System Scaffolding, etc.).
- Thorough understanding of international safety standards and construction regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
