Minimum Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years experience handling multiple Saudi Aramco Oil/Gas Projects.
Shall have overall responsibility to ensure smooth execution, fulfilling all client requirements and completion of all Saudi Aramco oil/gas projects.
Experience Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMO) is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
Knowledge of Regulations:
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco regulations and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for safety and quality assurance.
Leadership Skills:
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Ability to prepare and present comprehensive project reports.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Project Lifecycle Management:
Experience in managing all phases of project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Cultural Competence:
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage diverse teams.
Willingness to Travel:
Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
