We are looking for a SAP Support Specialist to join our team and build a successful career in a

Job Description
- Working with those responsible for sales, shipment and export processes in functional units to improve existing processes/information systems or design new processes/information systems,
- To plan and follow up the realization of the demands/projects of sales, shipment and export processes,
- To contribute to the evaluation of possible solution architecture alternatives together with the project team, to follow the progress of the projects in line with the plans,
- Establishing joint working groups for projects, evaluating suggestions and decisions, and bringing suggestions and solutions,
- To follow the errors and findings that may occur and to correct them by performing root cause analysis,
- Ensuring that new software to be integrated into the system is compatible with system needs and specifications,
- Managing the relations with the outsourcing companies, tracking and controlling the progress payments and invoices of the companies,
- To ensure the creation of documentation of the work done,
- Provide guidance, support and training to responsible and key users.
