We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Senior Consultant (EC & ECP) to lead the implementation, rollout, and support of SAP Success Factors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll solutions. The role is responsible for delivering high‑quality HR and payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations, driving successful project delivery, and collaborating with clients and cross‑functional teams to optimize business processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead end‑to‑end SAP Success Factors EC & ECP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable SAP Success Factors solutions.
- Configure Employee Central, including Foundation Objects, Position Management, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Role‑Based Permissions (RBP), and organizational structures.
- Configure and support Employee Central Payroll, including payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll processing, Payroll Control Center (PCC), and payroll reconciliation.
- Deliver KSA payroll localization, including GOSI, WPS, End‑of‑Service Benefits (EOSB), VAT‑related payroll requirements, and Saudi labor law compliance.
- Manage EC–ECP Point‑to‑Point (PTP) replication, payroll integrations, Finance posting, bank interfaces, and third‑party system integrations.
- Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, go‑live, Hyper Card, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams on SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP), Integration Center, security, and reporting solutions.
- Participate in presales activities, solution design, effort estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
- Mentor junior consultants, deliver knowledge transfer, and contribute to continuous improvement across the SAP Success Factors practice.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) certification.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- +5 years of SAP Success Factors consulting experience.
- Proven experience delivering full‑cycle Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations.
