Position: SAP MM (Procurement) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Material Management (MM) – Procurement Consultant to design, configure, and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP MM, integration experience with other SAP modules, and a deep understanding of procurement and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities1. SAP MM Configuration & Implementation

• Configure and support SAP MM modules including:
  • Inventory Management
• Customize SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations (blueprint, design, build, test, deploy, support).

2. Procurement Process Management

• Manage and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes:
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices.

3. Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Integrate SAP MM with:
  • SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • FI (Finance & Accounting)
  • WM (Warehouse Management)
  • SAP Ariba
• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

4. System Support & Enhancements

• Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Enhance system functionality based on evolving business needs.

5. Data & Vendor Management

• Support vendor evaluation and performance tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

6. Testing & Documentation

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Prepare functional specifications (FS), test scripts, and user manuals.
• Document configurations and business processes.

7. S/4

HANA & Innovation

• Support or participate in SAP S/4

  HANA implementations or migrations.

• Stay updated with SAP best practices and new features.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related domain

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM
• Proven experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Experience with SAP S/4

  HANA (preferred)

Certifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4

  HANA Sourcing and Procurement (preferred)
