Job Responsibilities:

To provide post-implementation day-to-day technical and functional support for SAP HRMS applications and modules, including:

SAP Success Factors Reporting

CPI Integration

Identify current & future HR business needs to facilitate effective utilization of SAP HRMS Application and modules.

Manage the roll-out of new processes and modules.

Document SAP HRMS end-user training manuals and resolution documents. Perform regular training andcommunicationto all stakeholders.

Coordinate technology updates and testing/implementation. Conduct proper risk & issue management. Deliver on time and in quality.

Support the implemented SAP HRMS solution and optimize system utilization, facilitating migration from manual to optimal digital and STP processes.

Assist HR in identifying and developing initiatives to enhance productivity via new project objectives, conducting cost-benefit analysis, determining operational feasibility, and estimating project timeline to facilitate ongoing development.

Manage development work, customization, and changes to the implemented solution/s as ‘Change request’. Generate new andinnovativeideas. Identify process enhancement opportunities or gaps forcontinuous improvement.

Secure information data flow, connect stakeholders, and support end-to-end business process design and solutions.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Topic Owner for all processes within SAP HRMS. Manage the coordination between HR and SAP Vendor/IT in case of complaints and take appropriate action including escalation for timely resolution.

Contribute to the identification of opportunities forcontinuous improvementof systems, processes, and practices to facilitate costoptimizationand productivity improvement.

Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet CBQ and department requirements, policies, and standards.

Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures, instructions, and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services, and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.

Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

6 – 8 years of relevant experience in IT and SAP HRMS domain with exposure to system development, analysis, and testing, including at least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
