Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual SAP HCM Consultant (Arabic) with strong experience in data cleansing and validation. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR teams and technical stakeholders to support data quality initiatives, prepare legacy data for SAP migration, and assist in maintaining clean and consistent employee master data across SAP HCM systems. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory due to the nature of data and project communication.
Key Responsibilities
Support SAP HCM projects with a focus on data cleansing, validation, transformation, and migration.
Analyze legacy HR data and ensure it meets SAP HCM data standards and formats.
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplications, and gaps in employee records.
Collaborate with HR teams and business users to verify and enrich master data in both Arabic and English.
Prepare and manage data templates, mapping documents, and transformation rules.
Assist in testing and verifying data loads into SAP HCM modules (e.g., PA, OM, Time, Payroll).
Ensure all personal, organizational, and transactional data are accurate and up-to-date.
Provide documentation and status updates on data cleansing activities.
Work in coordination with functional and technical SAP teams to ensure smooth data migration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in SAP HCM projects with a strong focus on data cleansing/migration.
Proficient in SAP Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
Strong knowledge of HR master data structures in SAP.
Hands-on experience with data cleansing tools or Excel-based validations.
Fluency in Arabic (reading and writing) is mandatory, along with good English communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
Familiarity with Middle East HR practices is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit, or other SAP data load tools.
Exposure to Success Factors or other cloud-based HCM solutions.
SAP certification in HCM is a plus.
