We are seeking an experiencedSAP HANA Business Analyst – Managerto support the implementation ofSAP HANA solutionsformanufacturing, Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), andProject and Portfolio Management (PPM)processes. This role is for a6-9 month engagement, requiring strong expertise in SAP HANA, business analysis, andprocess optimizationto deliverinnovativeand efficient solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Proven experience inimplementing SAP HANA solutions, specifically for manufacturing, MRO, and PPM processes.
Strong expertise inbusiness analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum of 12 years of overall professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP certifications, such asSAP Certified Application Specialist – SAP HANAor similar credentials.
Experience withAgileorhybridproject managementmethodologies.
Other Qualifications
Strongcommunicationskillsto liaise with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in ateam environmentwhile managing multiple priorities.
Flexibilityto adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for manufacturing, MRO, and PPM processes.
Document current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
SAP HANA Implementation
Design and implementSAP HANA solutionstailored to client-specific needs in manufacturing andproject management.
Configure and customize SAP modules to optimize workflows and system performance.
Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
Provide recommendations for streamlining manufacturing and MRO processes using SAP HANA capabilities.
Testing and Validation
Develop test cases and conduct system testing to ensure seamless implementation.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and address issues as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during the engagement.
Facilitate workshops, provide status updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Knowledge Transfer and Support
Deliver training sessions and create documentation to support end-users.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth adoption of SAP HANA solutions.
