Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented SAP Data Entry & Production Coordinator to support our production operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurate SAP data entry, production-related transactions, report preparation, and coordination with the Production, Warehouse, and Planning teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate production-related data in SAP.
- Create, update, and close production orders and related transactions.
- Record production output, material consumption, scrap, and wastage in the system.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Quality teams for daily production activities.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
- Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in SAP transactions.
- Support inventory and material reconciliation related to production.
- Follow up on pending production orders and ensure timely system updates.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of production records.
- Assist the Production team with administrative and coordination activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in SAP Data Entry, Production Coordination, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, preferably in Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), or related modules.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately are preferred.
Location: Ras Al Khaimah | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
