Role Description The SAP Data Entry Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining master data and transactional records in SAP, including materials, customers, vendors, and production or sales data. The coordinator will verify data against source documents, perform regular data checks and reconciliations, and ensure compliance with internal data management standards. Daily tasks include collaborating with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to resolve data discrepancies, generate routine SAP reports, and support process improvements related to data quality and system usage. The role also requires timely handling of data-related queries and documentation to support smooth business and reporting operations.
Qualifications

  • Strong Data Management skills, including accurate data entry, data maintenance, and understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Data Analytics to validate data integrity, identify trends or discrepancies, and support reporting needs.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to troubleshoot data issues, interpret information, and support process and quality improvements.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clarify data requirements, and document procedures clearly.
  • Relevant experience in ERP-based data entry or coordination, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Good MS Excel skills and familiarity with basic reporting tools.
  • Attention to detail, high accuracy, and ability to work with large datasets under time constraints.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
