Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP CML Support Consultant to provide technical and functional support for SAP Consumer and Mortgage Loans. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily loan operations, resolving incidents, maintaining system stability, and ensuring that loan-related financial processes are executed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily SAP CML operations, including the creation, modification, processing, and tracking of consumer and mortgage loans.
- Investigate and resolve technical and functional incidents related to loan components and processes.
- Provide L2/L3 application support in accordance with agreed SLAs and OLAs.
- Log, categorize, prioritize, track, and resolve support tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Analyse repayment plans, interest conditions, fee conditions, events, flows, and posting specifications.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and system issues.
- Prepare and maintain knowledge-base documents, troubleshooting guides, and operational runbooks.
- Develop and enhance SAP CML procedures in coordination with business and functional teams.
- Ensure that system processes comply with financial policies, internal controls, and organisational standards.
- Support integration between SAP CML and other SAP modules, including SAP FI, TRM, and CRM.
- Manage transports and application releases across Development, UAT, and Production environments using SAP Solution Manager or relevant change-management processes.
- Prepare technical documentation and periodic reports covering system performance, incidents, recurring issues, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business users, technical teams, and external vendors to resolve application-related issues.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP application support or consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Consumer and Mortgage Loans – SAP CML.
- Good understanding of consumer loan and mortgage loan processes.
- Experience analysing repayment schedules, interest calculations, fees, financial events, flows, and posting specifications.
- Experience providing L2/L3 production support in an AMS environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP integrations with FI, TRM, CRM, or other relevant SAP modules.
- Experience using ticketing and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Knowledge of SAP transport, release, and change-management processes.
- Strong incident-management, troubleshooting, and root-cause-analysis skills.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational reports.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Arabic communication skills will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Pay: ﷼20,000.00 – ﷼25,000.00 per month
