Position: SAP BASIS Open Text Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Open Text Consultant to join a large-scale enterprise transformation programme in Riyadh The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience administering Open Text platforms supporting SAP integrations and delivering Open Text implementations and upgrade projects within complex enterprise environments You will be responsible for managing configuring upgrading and supporting Open Text Content Server Archive Server OTDS xECM and SAP Archive Link integrations ensuring high availability security and performance across critical business systems
Key Responsibilities
- Open Text Administration Administer and support Open Text Content Server Archive Server OTDS and Extended ECM xECM environments
- Manage users groups roles permissions and security configurations
- Troubleshoot platform application and integration-related issues
- Collaborate with SAP BASIS infrastructure database and network teams
- Support backup recovery and disaster recovery validation activities
- Installation Upgrades amp Migration Install and configure Open Text platforms including Open Text Content Server Archive Server OTDS Open Text Archive Center Extended ECM xECM Configure application servers web servers databases and storage components Plan and execute Open Text upgrades patching and enhancement activities Perform impact assessments compatibility analysis upgrade rehearsals and production cutovers Support full lifecycle Open Text implementation and upgrade projects
- SAP Integration Manage and support SAP Archive Link integrations Configure and maintain Open Text xECM integration with SAP S 4
HANA Support document archiving retrieval processes workflows and business content management Configure Business Work spaces and Business References Troubleshoot SAP Open Text interfaces and workflow integrations
Mandatory Skills
- amp Experience Strong hands-on experience with Open Text Content Server Administration Open Text Archive Server Open Text Extended ECM xECM Open Text Directory Services OTDS Open Text Archive Center Minimum 8 years of Open Text administration experience
- Proven delivery of 2 full lifecycle Open Text implementations
- Experience completing 2 Open Text upgrade projects
- Strong background in Open Text and SAP integration projects
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments
- Experience working within SAP S 4
HANA transformation programmes is highly preferred
Strong hands-on experience with:
Open Text Content Server Administration Open Text Archive Server Open Text Extended ECM (xECM)
Open Text Directory Services (OTDS)
Open Text Archive Center Minimum 8 years of Open Text administration experience.
Proven delivery of 2+ full lifecycle Open Text implementations.
Experience completing 2+ Open Text upgrade projects.
Strong background in Open Text and SAP integration projects.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience working within SAP S/4
HANA transformation programmes is highly preferred.
