We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Lead to support SAP S/4HANA implementation and upgrade projects to be based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP system architecture, installation, upgrades, and infrastructure management across both HANA and non-HANA environments. The role requires hands-on experience in leading technical SAP BASIS activities, project planning, and ensuring system stability and performance across enterprise SAP landscapes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 10 years of experience in SAP BASIS, with strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation, upgrade, and support projects
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield implementations
- Proven expertise in installation, upgrade, and administration of SAP systems including: SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HCM and SAP BO/BODS, SRM, PO, BTP, Fiori, and Solution Manager
- Strong experience in SAP system architecture, hardware sizing, and infrastructure planning
- Solid understanding of operating systems, databases, networking, and IT infrastructure in SAP environments
- Experience in system copy, database refresh, backup/restore, HA/DR setup, and performance monitoring
- Exposure to SAP integrations with SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and hybrid landscapes
- Ideal candidate must be currently residing in Saudi, preferably in Riyadh with a valid transferable Iqama.
