We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
SAP Application Specialist (Offshore)
to support and enhance SAP applications across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will provide application support, incident resolution, configuration, and minor enhancements, while working closely with onshore teams and business stakeholders. This is a remote/offshore position that requires strong SAP functional and technical understanding, excellent
communication skills
, and the ability to work in a global delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for SAP applications (e.g., SAP S/4
HANA, ECC, Fiori).
Perform configuration changes, testing, and documentation in relevant SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
Work with business users to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with onshore teams to support SAP rollout, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
Monitor system performance, interface jobs, and data consistency issues.
Create functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
Support integration activities with other systems and cloud platforms.
Document system changes and ensure knowledge transfer to support teams.
Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in SAP application support or consulting.
Hands-on experience with at least one SAP module (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.).
Experience with incident and change management tools (e.g., Service Now, Remedy).
Good understanding of SAP landscape and integration concepts.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment.
Flexible to work in overlapping time zones with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP certification in relevant modules.
Exposure to SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, or S/4
HANA preferred.
Experience working in an Agile or ITIL-based environment
