Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated team member to join us in providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities will include:
Greeting and serving customers with a friendly demeanor
Upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience
Preparing barista-quality coffee
Cooking our outstanding breakfast and brunch offerings
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a coffee shop or full-service restaurant in the UAE is preferred
Experience in a similar role at a reputable establishment specializing in healthy cuisine
Excellent communication and leadership skills
In-depth knowledge of HACCP guidelines
