Salon Supervisor – Urgent Hiring
We are seeking an experienced Salon Supervisor to oversee a premium ladies’ salon in Al Malqa, North Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising the team, and ensuring high standards of service and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task allocation.
- Coordinate appointments and client bookings.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with salon standards.
- Supervise staff performance and address operational issues.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate operational supply requirements.
- Prepare daily reports and monitor sales and operational performance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a ladies’ salon or beauty center.
- Strong team leadership and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with booking and POS systems is an advantage.
