Salon Receptionist Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Skyward Real Estate
Customer Service: Greet clients warmly as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcome and valued. Answer any questions they may have about services, prices, or products.
Appointment Scheduling: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage online bookings for appointments. Confirm client appointments and assist with rescheduling or cancellations.
Billing & Payment: Process payments for services rendered, including managing cash, credit card transactions, and keeping records of all transactions.
Product Sales: Promote and sell salon products, including shampoos, conditioners, and styling tools, ensuring the salon’s retail goals are met.
Salon Organization: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, product displays).
Client Records: Maintain client records, including personal details, preferences, and services provided. Ensure these records are up-to-date and confidential.
Collaboration: Work with the salon staff, including hairstylists, estheticians, and other team members, to ensure efficient operation and exceptional customer experiences.
General Administration: Assist with inventory management, keep track of stock levels for products and supplies, and notify the manager when stock is running low.
Handling Complaints: Address any client complaints professionally and work to resolve issues in a positive manner.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
