Salon Operations Manager – Ladies Beauty Salon Jobs in Doha at Pnforcare
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the full operations of a high-end ladies beauty salon. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a deep understanding of salon workflows, team performance, and revenue growth. — Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high service standards Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and client satisfaction Lead, manage, and evaluate salon staff including reception, therapists, and stylists Monitor KPIs such as revenue, client retention, average ticket, and staff productivity Drive sales growth through promotions, upselling strategies, and service optimization Ensure exceptional customer experience and handle escalated client issues Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and brand presentation standards Manage booking systems and optimize appointment scheduling Oversee inventory management, stock control, and supplier coordination Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain high performance Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns and increase footfall Prepare reports and provide insights to support business decisions — Requirements Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Salon Manager in the beauty industry Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills Solid understanding of salon KPIs, sales targets, and business performance Excellent communication and client relationship skills Ability to manage multiple departments and solve problems efficiently Experience with booking systems and salon management software Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused — Preferred Qualifications Experience in luxury or high-volume salons GCC experience (Qatar preferred) Background in beauty, cosmetology, or business management Multilingual (English required; Arabic is a plus) — What We Offer Competitive salary + KPI-based incentives Leadership role with growth opportunities Professional and supportive work environment
