We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty salon. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in salon management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure excellent customer service while managing staff and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Supervise and support the salon team.
- Schedule staff shifts and client appointments.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory and order salon supplies when needed.
- Handle cash, sales reports, and daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and high service standards.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Salon Manager or in a supervisory role within a beauty salon.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage staff and daily salon operations efficiently.
- English language skills are preferred.
