We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Salon Manager who is also a qualified Beautician. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing a salon while actively providing beauty services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Supervise, train, and motivate salon staff to maintain high professional standards.
Perform beauty treatments such as haircuts, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other services as required.
Manage client appointments, inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
Ensure the salon adheres to health and safety standards and regulations.
Oversee staff schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
Assist in marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain clients.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role in the beauty industry.
Certification and hands-on experience in beauty treatments.
Fluent in Arabic and English (required).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent multitasking ability and attention to detail.
Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Passion for beauty, customer service, and salon operations.
