Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the salon and spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage and lead a team of beauty and wellness professionals, providing guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Maintain inventory of products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Prepare and manage the budget, including payroll and financial reporting.
Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new services or products as needed.
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in salon or spa management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Knowledge of beauty and wellness industry trends.
Proficiency in managing online and in-store booking systems.
