Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Commis 1 to join our culinary team in an a casual dining restaurant. The ideal candidate should already reside in Dubai or the UAE and have prior experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Food Preparation: Assist in preparing hot and cold dishes according to restaurant standards.
✔ Cooking & Plating: Ensure food is cooked to perfection and plated attractively.
✔ Kitchen Organization: Maintain cleanliness, proper storage, and stock rotation.
✔ Quality Control: Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency.
✔ Collaboration: Work closely with the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie for smooth kitchen operations.
✔ Hygiene & Safety: Follow UAE food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
✅ Currently residing in Dubai or the UAE (only local candidates will be considered).
✅ Previous experience as Commis 1 in a restaurant, hotel, or catering service.
✅ Knowledge of hot and cold kitchen operations.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
✅ Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,300.00 per month
