Job Responsibilities
Achieve yearlysales targetsthrough the sales of our core services.
Represent Panoutron’s principles and values with our clients and the design community.

Be passionate about the products and services Panoutron offers and create value for our customers and clients through smart design.
Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.
Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
Perform marketing strategies to target a specific region or sector.
Identify new business opportunities and new markets to penetrate.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct presentations and product demos to potential clients.
Provide regular updates to clients on new product launches and promotions.
Manage overall account activities, including contract negotiations, revenue forecasting, and renewals.
Work closely withcross-functional teams, including technical support, marketing, and finance.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Maintain accurate account and contact information.
Act as a self-starter who can work independently with an outgoing, enthusiastic, detail-oriented personality.
Provide ongoing consultation to clients regarding the purchase of AV/ELV hardware and software solutions and professional services offerings.
Prospect and develop new customer relationships in specific vertical markets.
Maintain and discover new opportunities within existing accounts.
Report and manage monthly weekly sales activity and sales calls.
Engage in opportunities with our existing vendor/distribution channel partners to ensure best value, pricing, and support for customers.
Coordinate with internal sales and operational groups to ensure customer engagements are deployed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and develop proficiency with new technologies and products.
Engage and consult with customers at different levels.
Strategically work with and leverage existing business partners in new opportunities.
Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.
Desired Skills and Experience
University degree in business or technology related stream.
3-5 years of progressive sales experience in Qatar.
Ability to work independently in afast-paced environmentwhile maintainingattention to detail.
Experience in AV/ELV hardware, software, and professional services sales.
Experience in design related industries is a plus.
Construction, contracting,education, residential, hospitality, commercial real estate, or other related industry experience preferred.
Must have transferrable valid Qatar .
