Job Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their vaping preferences and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate knowledge of the latest vape products, devices, accessories, and e-liquids.
Drive sales through customer interaction, upselling, and meeting sales targets.
Educate customers on the benefits and safe use of vaping products.
Ensure that the store is well-stocked and organized, with an attractive display of products.
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist with inventory management, restocking, and keeping the store clean and presentable.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or in the vape industry.
Strong knowledge of vaping products and the vaping culture.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
Must be at least 18 years of age (or as required by local regulations).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Comfortable working in a team environment.
