Salesman ( Building Materials Trading, Retail Shop ) Jobs in Dubai at Mohd Al Qama General Trading Co. LLC
- Greet walk-in customers and assist them in selecting building materials (cement, steel, tiles, plumbing items, electrical items, etc.).
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on quality, price, and availability.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure showroom cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to check stock availability and arrange material delivery.
- Follow up with customers for pending quotations and confirm orders.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Keep updated knowledge of all products, brands, prices, and ongoing promotions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Assist in stock counting, inventory control, and reporting shortages or damages.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
- Maintain records of daily sales and prepare basic sales reports if required.
