Job Summary:

We are seeking adynamicandresults-drivenSalesperson with a strong background in events planning tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and coordinating events to ensure successful execution andclient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achievesales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Prepare and negotiate contracts and proposals.

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and event planning process.

Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly.

Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

Marketing andPromotion:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and services.

Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to reach target audiences.

Create promotional materials and content to attract potential clients.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report onsales performanceand event outcomes.

Analyze sales and event data to identify trends andopportunities for growth.

Provide regular updates and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Events Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and events planning.

Proven track recordof achievingsales targetsand successfully planning and executing events.

Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.

Ability to implement the ‘customer first’ approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.

Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.

Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.

Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellentcommunication.
