We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce Pages (VFP), and SOQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will also possess expertise in integrating Salesforce with Meta Platforms (e.g., Whats App API, Messenger). This role involves creating message templates, managing two-way communication workflows, and ensuring Salesforce data is accurately updated based on incoming messages.
Main
Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce pages, and SOQL.
Design and implement scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user interfaces and improve performance.
Create and maintain Visualforce Pages for legacy systems where applicable.
Develop efficient SOQL queries to optimize data retrieval and ensure governor limits are respected.
Integrate Salesforce with Meta’s Whats App API, Messenger, or related platforms.
Create, manage, and optimize message templates for Meta communication channels.
Develop and maintain automation processes to capture incoming messages and update Salesforce records accordingly.
Design and implement robust automation using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
Ensure seamless synchronization between Salesforce objects and Meta interactions.
Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Manage deployment processes using tools like SFDX, Gearset, or Copado.
Maintain clear technical documentation for integrations, workflows, and custom code.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Salesforce solutions.
Qualification & Experience
At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly known as Community Cloud).
Familiarity with REST and SOAP API integrations.
Previous experience working in logistics, CRM, or customer service industries is a plus.
