Sales & Warehouse Executive – Furniture Jobs in Jebel Ali at THEMES Furniture Homestore UAE
We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused executive to independently run our Jebel Ali furniture warehouse — handling online sales, walk-in customers, deliveries, and stock.
Your role:
- Respond to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook (Meta Business Suite) and phone — share photos, prices, and details, follow up, and convert enquiries into confirmed sales
- Assist customers visiting the warehouse: show products, explain features and delivery terms
- Arrange deliveries with drivers and assemblers; confirm schedules with customers and track every order to completion
- Manage stock: check incoming/outgoing products, keep records accurate, keep the warehouse organized and presentable
- Maintain records of enquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries; send daily updates to management
Requirements:
- Own valid UAE residence visa
- Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or e-commerce (furniture/home goods a plus)
- Good spoken and written English; comfortable selling over WhatsApp and social media
- Organized, presentable, and able to work independently
- Physically able to open cartons and handle smaller products
Package:
- AED 2,500–3,500 basic (depending on experience) + commission
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
