Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Desk Executive to join our Travel and Tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Provide accurate information regarding travel destinations, packages, and services offered.
Convert leads into bookings by effectively communicating the value of our travel offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate travel logistics and resolve customer issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within the Travel and Tourism industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of travel booking systems and reservation processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
Arabic fluency is a plus.
Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service.
