Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader – (Off-Plan & Secondary Market) with solid experience in Off-Plan and Secondary Market real estate to lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, in-depth market knowledge, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Drive sales for off-plan projects and secondary market properties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and pipeline management
- Support agents in client negotiations and deal closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ADREC regulations
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate, with exposure to off-plan and secondary market sales
- Proven leadership or team-handling experience
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
