Job Overview
The Dermatologist is responsible for consulting patients, diagnosing skin conditions, prescribing medications, and performing dermatological treatments to prepare them for hair transplantation or hair treatments. Additionally, the role includes conducting non-surgical procedures such as PRP, Mesotherapy, Botox, and Fillers. The Dermatologist should refer patients to specialists if a condition is beyond their expertise. The ideal candidate should be an attentive listener, empathetic communicator, knowledgeable about health education, and proficient in using dermatological instruments to enhance skin health.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide dermatological consultations.
Assess patients’ conditions through dermatological examinations.
Review patients’ medical histories as part of the assessment process.
Prescribe medications for various dermatological conditions, particularly for pre-hair transplant or hair treatment patients.
Perform non-surgical dermatological procedures, including PRP, Mesotherapy, Botox, and Fillers.
Refer patients to specialized experts when necessary.
Educate patients on skin health and post-treatment care.
Qualifications
Education Level: Medical degree with a specialization in Dermatology.
Certifications & Licenses: DHA Registration.
Specific Skills: Proficiency in using dermatological tools such as blackhead extractors, micro needling devices, and cryotherapy equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Languages: English and Arabic (preferred).
