Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve results.
Foster a positive team environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Set clear sales targets for team members and monitor progress to ensure goals are met.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Oversee lead generation and conversion processes to ensure consistent sales pipeline growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle complex or high-value transactions and provide support to team members as needed.
Resolve client concerns and ensure that the company’s reputation is upheld in every transaction.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track sales performance, including individual team member performance and team-wide progress toward goals.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management.
Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
Work closely with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and sales success.
Participate in business development activities, networking events, and market outreach to expand the company’s presence.
Administrative Oversight:
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
Assist with recruiting new sales team members and onboarding processes.
Maintain a clear communication channel with senior management regarding team performance and challenges.
