Driven Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Team Leader  to join our growing Commercial Department in Dubai. This is an

exciting

opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a team of commercial real estate agents and oversee our operations in the commercial sector. As a key member of our

leadership

team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring high-performance outcomes within the Commercial Division.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

:  Recruit, train, and mentor a team of commercial agents, providing guidance and support to achieve their targets. Sales Strategy Development:  Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.

Client Relationship

Management:  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Market Analysis:  Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the commercial sector, adjusting strategies as needed.

Reporting and Analytics:  Monitor team performance and key metrics, providing regular reports to

senior management

.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to enhance service offerings and ensure seamless operations. Compliance:  Ensure that the team adheres to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in commercial real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate with at least 2 years in a

leadership

or managerial role.

Proven track record

of

sales success

and team performance management. Strong interpersonal and

communication skills

with a focus on relationship-building. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate practices, market dynamics, and trends. Strong

analytical skills

, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Fluency in English is required;

Arabic proficiency is a plus. Valid UAE Driver’s License. RERA License.
