About the Role
We are a growing Dubai-based real estate company with an exciting expansion strategy focused on the international market.. We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and ambitious Sales Team Leader who will play a key role in building our sales division.
This is not a traditional sales management role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, take ownership, build systems, recruit and lead a high-performing remote sales team, and grow alongside the business.
The successful candidate will be based in our Dubai office and will be responsible for building and managing a remote sales team, while working closely with the company owner. As our client base grows, you will also help plan and execute real estate investment roadshows.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a remote sales team.
- Develop sales processes and performance systems.
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales targets.
- Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate lead generation campaigns and client follow-up.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Assist in planning and managing real estate roadshows.
