H&S Real Estate is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to drive sales performance, mentor property consultants, and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of property consultants
- Support team members in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Recruit and onboard new sales agents
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing guidance
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
- Ensure high levels of customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales
✅ Previous experience leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and secondary property market
✅ Proven track record in property sales and client relationship management
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
