Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Team Lead role based in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Team Lead will oversee daily sales operations, guide a team of sales professionals, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, coaching and mentoring team members, and coordinating with management on forecasts and reporting. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their property needs, presenting suitable real estate options, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial inquiry through closing. The Sales Team Lead will also collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead generation, customer experience, and overall sales efficiency.

- Oversee daily sales operations and guide a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed targets.
- Plan and execute sales strategies; monitor performance metrics; coach and mentor team members.
- Coordinate with management on forecasts and reporting.
- Engage with customers to understand property needs, present suitable real estate options, negotiate terms, and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to closing.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead generation, customer experience, and overall sales efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills to drive property sales and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Effective team management and communication skills to lead, motivate, and support a diverse sales team.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and optimize performance.
- Experience in real estate or related industries; knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in common sales and CRM tools, and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
